A Snowy day

Today lays sheets of white snow on the ground, perfect setting for a Christmas day outside, except it's snowed so inconveniently during February. Nevertheless I thought I'd showcase an outfit outdoors, taking advantage of the beautiful weather.

I really need a new camera, then I'll be able to start up my blog properly, being able to publish different outfits to you all. It's a great camera, cheaper than an slr, and easier to use! I want to make an investment on a good camera, one which will last many years. Anyone have this camera, or one like it?

These Supra shoes are beautiful! They need a place in my shoe collection, which is becoming pretty large if you ask me. However I need some new gym trainers which unfortunately come before fashion :(

Black Milk

Black Milk is an amazing website full of stunning clothing, a clothing line started by James Lillis. He has a wonderful story on how his ideas formed, from his initial purchase of a sewing machine, to selling clothes for 80+ dollars. Yes I said it.. dollars. It makes me weep everytime as it mean I cannot go to the store or buy the clothes in England without paying extortionate shipping prices. However, one day I hope to earn a lot of dolla', and have a paycheck so large I can fly to the states and visit the store. Black Milk is definitely a brand I think everyone should check out, their bodysuits being a particular favourite of mine.

Ebay

Recently I have been doing a lot of ebay shopping, unfortunately more losing than winning. Nevertheless that does not bring my hopes down, and I carry on like a soldier and keep on trying. This week I managed to get two fab buys; a Levi denim jacket and a Topshop tee.

So this beauty has recently been bought from Topshop. My favourite high street store without a doubt. It started snowing today so I thought what a perfect opportunity to bang out the headband and show it off to the world :)

Nails

I have recently become fond of nail decor. I have been introduced to nail art pens; fine liners which make intricate patterns and designs to be painted with ease on freshly coated nails. They're the best product I've seen recently in the shops, Superdrug being a great place to find a range of colours. They cost £4.99 a nail polish colour and allow you to get creative and funky with nail art.

When in Wonderland

'Curiouser and curiouser..' is my favourite all time quote. It addresses all situations, allowing you to want to find out more about different things. Alice in Wonderland, as you may have guessed it, is my most loved film. I think the ideas within it are brilliant, that all things are impossible, and creativity can take any shape or form. It only takes an idea to start an adventure, and an imaginative trail can begin.

Inspiration

I've always longed to portray the vintage grunge style in my own way. Incorporating all the unique styles into my own original masterpiece with the clothing choices I pick. This is of course a difficult task; trying to be original yet fit into a 90s fashion era. My style varies from day to day, it's great to have variety in any wardrobe, you never know where you're going to be invited out to, or what mood you'll be feeling. Like anyone I'm sure your wardrobe has been created and beautifully formed by some inspiration or look you've seen and now love. The basis of my style results from a few role-models of inspiration in the media. I find their looks captivating, alike the photographers who take their pictures at any given chance they get. I love their outfit choices, incorporating some of their ideas into the clothes I chose to wear.
